Personal Fitness
Our fitness instructors perform one-on-one training, group training, and fitness classes such as pilates, yoga, aerobics and boot camps. Keep yourself in shape while on vacation and possibly learn new ways to stay fit from our certified instructors.

> 1-on-1 Training

We will work with you and provide sound guidance with our exercise programs so you can enjoy your normal everyday activities.

> Pilates

Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.

> Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with the environment.

> Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness).
